Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Snoware Gadgets collects and uses your personal information, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you order or create an account
• If you sign in with Google (on the website or the Snoware Gadgets app): your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We don't receive your Google password or access anything else in your account.
• Your order history and wishlist
• Basic technical data (such as browser type) used to keep the site secure and working

Card details are handled entirely by Paystack. We never see or store them.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send receipts and updates, provide support, and — only if you subscribe — send you offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with Paystack (payments), our delivery partners (to deliver your order), and our email and hosting providers. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing snowaregadgets@gmail.com.
